At Thrive Centre, we are dedicated to empowering adults with complex needs through our comprehensive 6-week Community Outreach Program. Our mission is to focus on the core strengths of each participant, fostering independence and developing essential skills for daily living and career opportunities.

Skill Development
Our program covers a wide range of skills including communication, social interactions, personal hygiene, budgeting, and job readiness.
Career Exploration
Through workshops, practical job skills training, and guest speakers, we help participants explore and prepare for potential career paths.
Creative & Recreational Activities
Participants will engage in arts and crafts, music and dance therapy, and other recreational activities to promote holistic well-being.
Community Engagement
We emphasize building strong community connections, helping participants integrate and contribute to their local community.
